We are looking for a technology-driven AI Consultant who is passionate about turning emerging AI capabilities into real, working solutions.

You will work at the intersection of Agentic AI, cloud engineering, DevOps, software development and telecommunications, helping organisations move from traditional processes to intelligent, automated digital solutions.

Imagine taking a business process that currently requires people to investigate cases, search through information, make decisions and perform repetitive actions, and designing an intelligent agent that can do much of that work itself.

That is the kind of thinking we are looking for.

You will design and build AI agents, integrations and automations, connect them to cloud platforms and enterprise systems, and continuously improve how they perform.

You will have the opportunity to work across the technology stack, from AWS infrastructure and DevOps to AI agent logic, APIs, data, applications and automation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design, build and maintain intelligent AI agent automations and enterprise integrations
• Build and evolve agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Agent Core, RAG architectures, vector search and MCP-based integrations
• Design solutions that allow AI agents to interact with enterprise systems, tools and data
• Own and work across AWS infrastructure including Lambda, ECS, EKS, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL, VPCs, CloudWatch, Athena and SQS
• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or OpenTofu
• Develop CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes / EKS
• Develop supporting applications, integrations and internal tooling using Python, Node.js, React and TypeScript / JavaScript
• Monitor and optimise AI solutions for accuracy, latency, token usage, cost and overall performance
• Work directly with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create meaningful business value
• Translate business problems into practical technology solutions
• Maintain strong engineering standards around code reviews, documentation, APIs, architecture and security
• Understand when automation can move fast and when additional controls are required because the impact of an incorrect decision is high

YOUR TELECOMMUNICATIONS ADVANTAGE

Experience within the telecommunications industry will be highly advantageous.

An understanding of complex technology environments, enterprise systems, network operations or NOC environments will help you understand the types of operational challenges that AI and automation can solve.

But above all, we are looking for someone with the curiosity and drive to keep pushing technology forward.
